With less than two weeks to our next auction (Friday, March 11th, 2016) we are still gaining speed in the world of technology! At this time we are happy to announce that the IRAY Live bidding app is available on both the Google Play Store for Android devices and the Apple Store for Apple devices.
We wanted to make this announcement to help resolve any possible future confusion - there will now be 2 IRAY mobile apps on the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store.
One is for notifications and communicating with IRAY, which is hosted by Trumpia, and it is called "IRAY Auction".
The other is the Bidding App is named "IRAY Auction Live" in both app stores. In the Google Play Store it says "Nextlot, Inc" beneath the app name. In the Apple Store it says "Ray Henry" beneath the app name.
You can see the hosts before you download the apps. If you want to download the BIDDING APP, make sure that it does not say "Trumpia" beneath it. The Live Bidding App will be used by bidders on auction day only, where you can bid live, hear a live audio stream of the auctioneer, and see pictures of items being auctioned off in real time. You can not view inventory on the Live Bidding app. If you download the app where you can see a message similiar to this message and meant to download the Bidding App, please go back into your app store and look for the IRAY Auction Live App hosted by Nextlot, Inc/Ray Henry.
If you have both apps downloaded, the Trumpia app icon is called I.R.A.Y. Auction when downloaded - the bidding app icon is called IRAY Live when downloaded.
If you have any questions about these two apps please don't hesitate to reply to this blog post, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, or give our office a call at (320) 968-7230! Use the buttons below to find the app in your app store today!
