Throughout the year we hold both on site and off site auction to sell real estate, personal property, business liquidations and estate auctions. We have a complete mobile auction service team to promote, market and hold an auction almost anywhere.

For our land auctions and off site auctions we sit down with the sellers and customize a marketing plan to reach the largest number of potential buyers in the auction region. Newspaper and magazine print, direct mail, flyers, radio, billboards and even TV time slots are all considered when planning to reach buyers who would attend the auction. That marketing plan, once decided upon and approved by the seller is then executed by our sales and marketing team. This gives you the best chance of getting the highest prices for your items.

For our on site auctions we market the auction in national and regional publications like "ROCK and DIRT", "MACHINERY TRADER" and "CONSTRUCTION GUIDE" with the equipment descriptions for items that have been consigned. That is why it pays to consign early because of the additional exposure. Equipment consigned early has brought more money to their owners than those that will wait till the last minute.
