IRAY Auction provides a multitude of auction services and benefits to help you. We do onsite Heavy Equipment Construction Auctions 4 times a year, (March, June, September and December) plus two Semi Truck and Trailer Auctions in April and August.

Throughout the year we also hold offsite auctions to sell Real Estate, Personal Property, Business Liquidations and Estate Auctions. We have a complete mobile auction service team to promote, market and hold an auction almost anywhere.

For our Land Auctions and Offsite auctions we sit down with the Sellers and customize a marketing plan to reach the largest number of potential Buyers in the auction region. Newspaper and Magazine Print, Direct Mail, Flyers, Radio, Billboards and even TV time slots are all considered when planning to reach Buyers who would attend the auction. That marketing plan, once decided upon and approved by the Seller is then executed by our sales and marketing team. This gives you the best chance of getting the highest prices for your items.

For our Onsite auctions we market the auction in national and regional publications like "ROCK and DIRT", "MACHINERY TRADER" and "CONSTRUCTION GUIDE" with equipment descriptions for items that have been consigned. That is why it pays to consign early because of the additional exposure. Equipment consigned early has brought more money to their owners than those that wait till the last minute. Below is a list of the Services we provide for our onsite auctions:

  • Advertising in National, Regional and Local Publications
  • Creating an Auction Flyer listing consigned items about 30 days before the auction
  • Mailing that Auction Flyer to over 15,000 Buyers
  • Posting descriptions and photos of items on our web site with links from national sites like Rock and Dirt
  • Auction services for Equipment:
    • Hauling - Arranging pick up and delivery services for equipment
    • Detailing - Complete detailed cleaning of your equipment
    • Painting - Professional paint jobs of the equipment
    • Repairs - Repairing mechanical problems and structural damage
    • Storage - 40 acres of fenced and secured land to store any size or number of pieces
  • Showcase your equipment by running it over our ramp in front of the Buyers so they see it in action
  • Provide heated and "Dry" sheds to protect Buyers from weather while they watch auction on big screen TV
  • Provide LIVE Online bidding through our web site to Buyers through the world.
