The equipment appraisals we do come in three basic categories. Below is a summary explanation of each of them to help you decide which one your business needs. For our Consignors, we have a free, no obligation equipment evaluation to help you understand what your equipment pieces might bring at auction.

1. Desktop Appraisal
You send us via e-mail or fax the specifications including but not limited to Year, Make, Model,S/N#, Condition, Engine/Motor size, and any attachments or accessories that come with the unit. Pictures would be optional with this type of appraisal. You receive a verbal only market appraisal on your equipment. The estimated cost for this appraisal is from $10-$15 per unit. 2. E-mail Appraisal
You send us via E-mail specifications including but not limited to Year, Make, Model,S/N#, Condition, Engine/Motor size, and any attachments or accessories that come with the unit. Pictures are a must for this type of appraisal. You are responsible for all grading and condition reports. You will receive via e-mail, an appraisal packet including: Pictures, Written Description and market value of the unit. The estimated cost for this appraisal is from $25-$50 per unit. 3. Physical Appraisal
This type of appraisal requires a physical inspection of the unit so we either go to your location or you bring it to us. We will do all the grading and condition reports. You will receive a hard copy of the appraisal packet including: Pictures, Detailed Description and market value of the unit. This type of Appraisal is a signed legal and binding report that can be used for loan or other Banking needs as well as a certified valuation of the property for any legal matters.
