Here's a page to help answer some questions we are normally
asked. We have split the questions into two
groups; Buyers and Sellers. Hopefully this will

First the Buyers Questions:
- Does I.R.A.Y. charge a Buyers fee? - Online bidders have a 5% buyers premium and onsite bidders have a 2% buyers premium.
- After I buy an item how long do I have to get it out of the auction site? - 10 business days from the day of the auction.
- When can I pickup my items? - As soon as your payment is guaranteed, you can take the item.
- Does I.R.A.Y. have a loading dock? - Yes, we do.
- Does I.R.A.Y. charge a loading fee? - Most items do not have a fee, but in some cases there is a fee. See Item description.
- What form of payment does I.R.A.Y. take? - Cash, Wire Transfers, Checks* (With a Bank Letter of Credit) and Credit Cards (Visa & Mastercard). See Details. . .
- What do you mean by Bank Letter of Credit? - It's a signed and dated letter from your Bank guaranteeing your check. See Details. . .
Now the Sellers Questions:
- What charges do I pay for selling my equipment? - Call for your specific situation.
- What services do you provide? - Marketing, detailing, repair services and others are provided. See Details. . .
- When do I get paid? - To make sure all the funds have cleared the Bank, 15 Business Days after the auction (Saturday and Sunday do not count). See Details. . .
- How do I know you will get me the most money? - Our Award winning marketing programs and large Buyer database.
- Do you sell equipment off site? - Yes, we have complete off site auction services. See Details. . .
- When do I have to get my items to your auction site? - At least two weeks before the auction day is best, we like to get it advertised on the website.
