First the Buyers questions:
- How do I bid on auction items from your web site? - Register
to bid, get financially approved, Login to the Auction and bid.
- Does IRAY charge a Buyers fee? - Only on items bought
online or by a proxy bid; For onsite auctions we currently
do not charge a Buyers premium. The charge for online
or proxy bids is 2% per item.
- After I buy an item how long do I have to get it out
of the auction site? - 10 business days from the day of
the auction.
- When can I pickup my items? - As soon as your payment
is guaranteed,
you can take the item.
- Does IRAY have a loading dock? - Yes, we do.
- Does IRAY charge a loading fee? - Most items do not
have a fee, but in some cases there is a fee. See Item description.
- What form of payment does IRAY take? - Cash, Wire Transfers,
Checks* (With a Bank Letter of Credit) and Credit Cards
(Visa & Mastercard). See

- What do you mean by Bank Letter of Credit? - It's a signed and
dated letter from your Bank guaranteeing your check. See Details.

- What charges do I pay for selling my equipment? - See

- Does IRAY charge a Buyers fee? - Only on items bought

- When do I get paid? - To make sure all the funds have
cleared the Bank, 10-14 Business Days after the auction
(Saturday and Sunday do not count). See

- Do you sell equipment offsite? - Yes, we have complete offsite

- When do I have to get my items to your auction site?
- At least two weeks before the aution day is best. We
like to get it advertised on the website.
