Closing: Approximately 30-45 days after auction. Will accept cash on day of closing.
Buyers Premium: A 10% premium will be added to the high bid on Real Estate only, that will equal the total price.
Example: A bid of $100,000 + 10% or $10,000 = $110,000 total price. Buyers Premium to be paid at closing.
